Our Friars Welcome New Aux Bishop of Baltimore

Ten friars of our province were in attendance at the Monday, August 17, 2020 – 6:30 p.m. Vespers Service held at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen (Baltimore, MD) on the eve of the Episcopal Ordination of Bishop-designate Bruce Lewandowski,  C.Ss.R.
In addition to our friars in Province Administration – the Very Reverend Fr. James McCurry, OFM Conv. (Minister Provincial), Fr. Michael Heine, OFM Conv. (Vicar Provincial) and Fr. Richard-Jacob Forcier, OFM Conv. (Province Secretary), three friars who serve at Archbishop Curley High School – Fr. Donald Grzymski, OFM Conv. (President), Fr. Chris Dudek, OFM Conv. (Campus Minister & Instructor) and Fr. Bryan Hajovsky, OFM Conv. (Instructor), as well as three from the Archdiocese of Baltimore Pastorate which includes St. Casimir Church and St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church – Fr. Dennis Grumsey, OFM Conv.(Pastor), Fr. Andrew Santamauro, OFM Conv. (Parochial Vicar) and Br. Ed Handy, OFM Conv. (Retired – in residence) were also invited and able to attend.
Friar Justin serves in the Archdiocese of Baltimore Chancery Office of Consecrated Life as the Delegate for Religious. You can see Friar Justin, seated in the lower right hand side of this video of the Vespers Service, in the shorter pews below the sanctuary space, facing the Archbishop.
